Kapil Dev given Dambulla lights without tenders

It is reported to Sri Lanka news agencies that there is a plan to give away the contract of fixing lights At the Dambulla international cricket grounds without even calling tenders.

It is said that the contract is going to be given for 130 Million Dollars.




A reliable source Told  that the contract is going to be taken by the former Indian fast bawler Kapil Dev.
